キッチンガーデンで採れた白いゴーヤ。
可愛らしい丸いフォルムと美しい白色が、なんだかお姫様のようでとっても愛おしい気持ちになります。
せっかくの白色、どうやって生かしてあげればいいのか分からず。だからといってゴーヤチャンプルでは普通すぎてもったいない気もするし。このサイズ感と形を生かして肉詰めあたりが良いのでしょうか?

"Hokkaido-san" is the name of my hometown, Hokkaido, but in this blog I have decided to call you "Hokkaido-san" out of respect for my beloved and gentle "Hokkaido". Hokkaido-san and I have been best friends since birth and I still love Hokkaido-san.
